Join us on Friday 6 November for an amazing evening of bon voyage festivities with our friends at the Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival as we salute the one and only Christopher Lloyd, Doc Brown himself, as a Guest Of Honor on the festival’s opening night.
While unable to sail with us on the actual cruise, Christopher will be joining us for a special meet & greet reception with all of the BTTF Celebs & Fans the evening before they all sail off on the BTTF Cruise To End Parkinson’s. The festival’s own Cinema Paradiso Theater will be presenting screenings of the new documentary “Back In Time” and the new movie “The Boat Builder” (starring Christopher Lloyd & Jeffrey Weissman) with the presentation of a Lifetime Achievement Award to Christopher, and also another award presented to BTTF cinematographer Dean Cundey, in the break between the two films. After “The Boat Builder” is finished, the evening will conclude with a gala meet & greet reception with Chris, Jeffrey, Dean and various other cast & crew from both films and our cruise celeb guests as well.
Those already holding confirmed cruise reservations to sail with us on the BTTF Cruise To End Parkinson’s will have a reserved seat set aside for them. Those NOT sailing with us who wish to attend will have to purchase tickets separately to “Back In Time” & “The Boat Builder” directly through the film festival’s own web site, located at http://www.fliff.com/festivals-about-fliff/
It will be an amazing evening, and we hope to see you there!
